Commando Cody can fly like and on top of a moving airplane, but getting inside the cockpit is hard. Cody saves Joan from her imminent demise, but gets shot out of the sky by the Moonies pilot. The Moonies are in a cash crunch and need to get some dough. The baddies botch a robbery, one dies and one is arrested. The baddies get their buddy back with the old ‘lying in the road’ trick, but Cody is hot on their trail!
